About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Pick and Packer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This role is essential to our operations and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on attitude.

You'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, supporting warehouse stock movement, and ensuring all items are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack customer orders following established procedures.

Prepare and label goods for dispatch, ensuring safe and secure packaging.

Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily dispatch and delivery deadlines.

Perform stock checks and assist with inventory counts when required.

Help with unloading incoming stock and placing it in the correct storage areas.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with safety and company standards.

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if required).

Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

Assist with other general warehouse duties as directed by the team leader or manager.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred but not essential.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Forklift license (preferred but not essential – training available).

Training Provided

System and process training

Safety and manual handling training

Order picker and forklift training (if required)

First Aid and Fire Warden training (as needed)
