Litigation & Insolvency Senior Associate

This position is to work on high-profile litigation and insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees on a wide range of cases. You'll also defend directors and company officers in ASIC investigations and enforcement proceedings. Beyond insolvency, your role will involve diverse commercial litigation, including Banking & Finance Disputes, property disputes, joint venture conflicts, and breaches of directors' and fiduciary duties. No two days will be the same and you'll tackle complex legal challenges across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities- Work on high-profile litigation and insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees on a wide range of cases.
- Defend directors and company officers in ASIC investigations and enforcement proceedings.
- Insolvency and beyond: handle diverse commercial litigation, including Banking & Finance Disputes, property disputes, joint venture conflicts, and breaches of directors' and fiduciary duties.
- Collaborate across multiple practice areas to deliver solutions.
- 5+ years' PAE in litigation and insolvency, ideally with experience across the key areas mentioned.
