We are working with several Sydney-based clients, all of whom are leading independent investment banks that provide strategic M&A and capital raising advice to businesses across sectors including Technology, Healthcare, General Industrials, Financial Institutions, and Consumer & Retail. Their clients range from founder-led and privately owned businesses and startups to PE/VC-backed companies and ASX-listed organisations.

They are all looking to hire at the Senior Analyst or Associate level to join their Sydney-based teams. You will support the wider team across due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, data room management, preparation of pitch materials, client interaction, and deal execution.

Ideally, you will already have some end-to-end M&A deal experience and are likely working at another investment bank or independent/boutique advisory firm. We will also consider candidates from M&A deal teams, Valuations and Modelling teams, or Transaction Services teams within the Big 4 accounting firms. You will receive strong support and mentoring from the wider team, with experienced leadership across all firms.
