The Role:
You'll work with clients acting as an extension of their team as you support them to grow. From day one, you'll be helping shape great hiring experiences—primarily through candidate delivery—with opportunities to step up into more client-facing work as you grow.
This role is built for someone early in their recruitment career (around 1-2 years experience), who's ready for more exposure, variety and learning. You won't be doing any business development—just real, meaningful recruitment work that helps companies grow.
You'll work closely with senior consultants and hiring teams, representing our clients' brands and helping them run high-quality, inclusive hiring processes. Most of your impact will be through candidate engagement, research, sourcing, and project coordination—until you're ready to take on more.
You'll genuinely get a seat at the table, learning from experienced partners and seeing first-hand how strategic recruitment decisions get made.
Day to Day, You'll:
- Build relationships with candidate communities and understand their aspirations, options, and challenges
- Run smart, structured sourcing campaigns using Fulcrum's tools and tech
- Support candidate screening, shortlisting and engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand role briefs and hiring priorities
- Help craft compelling job ads, outreach copy, and content
- Manage process coordination to ensure things run smoothly and on time
- Learn how to advise on inclusive hiring and candidate experience best practice
- Begin to take part in client meetings and planning sessions as you build confidence
