About the Role
Queensland Country Bank is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Support Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to staff across the organisation to ensure the effective and efficient execution of procurement and operational activities.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating day-to-day procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the management of operational systems and resources. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding compliance with policies and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.
This is a full-time 12-month contract position based on a 38-hour work week, located at our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane/Cairns Admin Office.
About You
- Experience in assisting with developing and maintaining operational frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems
- A strong understanding of frontline operations within a financial institution
- Ability to actively identify issues, risks and incidents across branch services and other service centres; and initiate actions to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Experience providing data, analytics and reporting to enable meaningful decision making
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Certificate in business or similar qualification
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a wider team
