About the Role:

ECCO Chatswood Chase & ECCO Birkenhead Point is looking for dedicated Retail Christmas Sales Associates to assist during our peak seasonal sales period in selling shoes that practically sell themselves Do you have a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers?

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment
  • Uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness
  • Proficiency in speaking Mandarin would be highly regarded, to more closely engage with a large proportion of our customers
  • Must be available during our blackout periods: 20th-30th November + 11th December 2025 until 12th January 2026

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
  • Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
  • Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn
  • Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
