With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.
At our Wantirna South Campus, the Primary School is a vibrant place of learning, community, and care — and we're looking for a Personal Assistant to start in January 2026 who will support our Head of Primary to enhance the operations of our Primary sub-school and keep it running smoothly.
From managing diaries and timetables to organising milestone events like Year 6 Graduation, you'll be a trusted right hand, a warm welcome for visitors, and a calm presence in the midst of a bustling school day. You'll work closely with staff across the Primary School, handle details big and small with excellence, and find joy in making sure people feel supported, informed, and valued.
Become an integral part of a dedicated team and apply your administrative expertise to foster a supportive and enriching educational environment and make a meaningful difference in the daily life of our school community.
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Bring previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in an educational setting (will be highly regarded)
- Take a proactive approach to your work, anticipating needs and solving problems independently, ensuring smooth operations
- Have high level organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills. Experience with school management software such as Synergetic will be highly regarded.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
- Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities
