The Opportunity

We're searching for an experienced Handyperson to join our Maintenance team at K'gari Beach Resort, on K'gari (Fraser Island). Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will undertake preventative and repair maintenance of resort infrastructure and grounds. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, proficiency with power tools, multi-tasking, and adherence to workplace health and safety standards. Our ideal candidate has a trade qualification and previous resort or hotel maintenance experience.

Skills and Experience You'll Bring to the Role
  • Strong safety focus with experience in a similar role; ability to work independently.
  • Relevant trade qualification, certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Diverse repairs and maintenance experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
