Partner Integration Specialist

The Company

Leading American multinational financial technology company that provides payment technology and services to businesses across the globe. Due to rapid growth in the Australian market, we are looking for a Partner Integration Specialist to join the Sydney team.

The Role

Reporting into the Partner Solutions Architect, you will take full accountability for ensuring the seamless integration of the organisation's payments products with new partner's software. Your mission is to align product functionality with partner requirements, making certain all partner's onboarding experience is exemplary. Working closely with the client's engineering teams you will oversee the technical go-to-market deployment, identify and define a plan for integration, scope the requirements and functionality and test, troubleshoot and document the functionality of all installed systems. Additionally, you will support any at-risk partners to preserve the relationship and escalate technical issues when needed, along with providing valuable partner feedback to improve products and processes.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with Sales and the onboarding team to facilitate successful partner and customer integration within set timeframes and budgets.

● Oversee partner implementation, ensuring seamless project execution.

● Assist the Solutions Architect in aligning payments solutions with partner business objectives.

● Define and execute integration plans, offering expert guidance on implementing payments products.

● Manage data migration, integration, and onboarding strategies, ensuring initial system access and accurate documentation.

● Work cross-functionally to provide accurate implementation guidance.

● Conduct product certifications as part of the partner go-to-market process.

● Conduct workshops, and gather business/functional requirements from partners.

● Test and troubleshoot installed systems, escalating technical issues for resolution where necessary, enhancing partner experience by identifying opportunities for improvement in product usage and support.

● Share insights from partner interactions with product and professional services teams to drive innovation.

● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

● Support and assist at-risk partners to strengthen and preserve partnerships.

● Maintain thorough documentation of implementation and configuration details in designated systems.

● Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

About You

● At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, or API integration role with a solid understanding of API functionality. as this is NOT a DEVELOPER ROLE.

● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

● Strong understanding of product capabilities and how they align with business needs.

● Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

● Proficiency in writing complex queries involving multiple tables and subqueries.

● Hands-on experience in configuring products to align with partner requirements.

● Experience guiding partners through the integration process as part of their go-to-market strategy.
