Are you a natural organiser with a love for variety and a heart for helping people? Our client is seeking an exceptional administrator to join their Technology team on a 9-month maternity leave cover.

Based in Kwinana, this role offers the chance to work in a busy, rewarding environment alongside supportive professionals who value hard work and humor.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining registers, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, managing equipment logistics, and supporting project activities. Each day offers new challenges, and your work will directly contribute to the team's success.

What you'll be doing :

  • Providing administrative support to a busy Technology team
  • Managing equipment orders, couriers, purchase requisitions, and project registers
  • Supporting procurement, vendor engagement, and SharePoint content management
  • Liaising with stakeholders and assisting with budgets and expense claims
  • Coordinating meetings, training sessions, and documenting processes
