Telstra Retail: Full Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant

Location: Launceston, Tasmania, Australia (Telstra Retail Store)

We are hiring a Retail Consultant to join the team on a full-time basis. This role offers a pathway to grow within a market-leading retailer, in a target-driven environment focused on tech and customer solutions.

  • Use knowledge, consultative service and a proactive sales approach to support customers and provide solutions

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, busy retail environment while delivering excellent customer service
