Reporting to the Chief Mental Health function, and as a key member of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, you will play an integral role in delivering on two key workplace culture initiatives.
Do Work that Matters
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychologist with a strong background in corporate environments and Human Resources (HR) to join our team on a 10-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in workplace culture best practices and a proven track record of implementing psychological safety culture initiatives. This role will play a critical part in enhancing employee well-being, fostering a positive organizational culture, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement psychological safety programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop strategies that promote a healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Provide best practice advisory support in implementation of cultural strategy
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on psychological safety, and cultural transformation.
- Analyze data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of culture and safety initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and contribute to HR policy development.
- Registered Psychologist with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate settings with a focus on HR and organizational development.
- Demonstrated expertise in workplace culture best practices and psychological safety.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and provide actionable recommendations.
