Join a local family run concrete business with steady work and real support. Cordwells Concrete is hiring HR Drivers for Tippers, Agitators, and Mini Agitators. Roles are based at our Yandina and Caloundra plants. Immediate starts are available.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver premixed concrete to local sites.
  • Follow company policies and safe work procedures.
  • Complete pre-starts and basic truck maintenance.
  • Communicate with dispatch and site teams.
  • Keep accurate records and job paperwork up to date.
About You
  • Open HR licence with 2+ years' truck driving experience.
  • White Card (Construction Induction) – essential.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Able to work day shift and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of CoR and road transport rules.
  • Australian citizen and available to start soon.
  • Concrete delivery experience is not essential. Willingness to learn is.
