Cordwells Concrete is a long-standing local supplier of pre-mixed concrete across the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland. We're known for quality materials, reliable delivery, and a tight-knit crew that supports each other on and off the job.

Casual roles with consistent hours

Work with a supportive local team who value safety, precision and pride in the job

Deliver pre-mixed concrete to sites in a timely and professional manner

Operate HR vehicles including agitators, mini agis, and tippers

Conduct daily pre-starts and report maintenance needs

Maintain records and communicate with dispatch and team members

Uphold Cordwells' safety standards and customer service expectations

Open HR licence (minimum 2 years' truck driving experience)

Construction White Card

Physically fit and capable of climbing, lifting, and working outdoors

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn – concrete experience a bonus, but not required

Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and road transport compliance
