Overview

We are seeking a Service Line Sales Executive to join an established account team within our key industry clients. The focus will be on driving revenue growth through cloud solutions, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Analytics. The role involves partnering with clients to identify opportunities for digital transformation to improve business outcomes and user experiences. The candidate should be a strategic thinker capable of translating business needs into actionable solutions aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build relationships with VP/CXO decision-makers across IT and business units.
2. Map client organizations, develop relationships with new business units, and craft sales strategies for cloud services.
3. Manage end-to-end lead generation, sales processes, and RFI/RFP responses.
4. Coordinate with multiple teams on large, multi-service line deals.
5. Drive revenue through prioritization and structuring of digital engagements.
6. Collaborate with practices and delivery teams to define transformation strategies and services.
7. Achieve revenue and Total Commercial Value targets.
8. Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new business areas.
9. Lead negotiations on financial and contractual terms.
10. Advise account and delivery leadership on risks and issues.
11. Develop and execute account growth strategies and business plans.
12. Work within a matrix organization to meet sales and prospecting goals.
13. Maintain operational excellence and system hygiene for key performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales/business growth roles in data management, analytics, and AI, especially in Banking and Financial Services.
• Experience selling Data solutions on Azure, AWS, GCP; understanding of Data warehouse concepts like cloud modernization and data governance.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and other data products.
• 5-7 years in Presales Data & Analytics Solutions and Services; total of 10+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in large-scale consulting and data analytics/AI projects.
• Ability to understand the entire data and insights lifecycle across the business value chain.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and consultative selling ability.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Experience in consultative selling is essential.
• Knowledge of industry trends and customer pain points in cloud, AI/ML, data architecture, governance, IoT, and automation is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or MBA degree preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management, MDM, data governance, and data quality on cloud platforms.
• Experience with data modernization, migration, and digital transformation projects.
