Working at CQUniversityThe Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President is seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Support Officer to deliver high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff and senior leaders.
In this role, you will coordinate complex diaries, manage travel, prepare briefings, and ensure the Chief of Staff is fully supported and well prepared for high-level engagements. You'll act as a key point of contact for the office, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining a professional and efficient front-of-house experience.
You will also contribute to a range of strategic and operational activities, including supporting University sponsorships, coordinating projects and events, and providing committee and financial administration. Your strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills will be critical in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of this fast-paced and high-profile work area.

- Demonstrated skills and experience providing high-level business support to senior management.
- Proven communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills that demonstrate a strong focus on the provision of quality customer service.
- Demonstrated knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
