As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day… Through our play-based learning philosophy, we are constantly reminded what a wondrous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course, you will still be responsible for all compliance-related tasks like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests—all while creating a safe, supportive space where children thrive.

What you'll need:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Experience in engaging children through imaginative play, storytelling, and activities.
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current & Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
