The role

Provide leadership to a team responsible for delivering Operational Transformation initiatives impacting the Oracle Fusion platform used by our Finance & Advice Community. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, developing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, providing system release training, and updating GL mappings.

What you'll do

  • Ensure end-user requirements are fulfilled through scheduled change releases and projects.
  • Drive system changes and enhancements to resolve end-user problems and improve efficiency and quality of General Ledger data.
  • Collaborate with Technology to address high-impact production issues caused by batch failures in Product Systems.
  • Contribute to the wider Finance & Advice division's objectives and plans.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for continuous improvement within the team and related processes.

What you'll bring

  • Business Degree (preferred)
  • Professional qualifications from ICA or CPA (preferred)
  • Experience with Product Systems and GL Interface designs
  • Experience with Insurance Product Systems (e.g., ClaimCentre)
  • Previous experience in the Insurance industry (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (mandatory)
