Early Childhood Practitioner

Be a part of the National 360 team in Ballarat as an Early Childhood Practitioner. You will be involved in our 360 Kids program and make a real difference to children aged 0-9 years on the NDIS. Provide care, support, and therapy under a key worker model, working alongside a skilled national team of allied health professionals.

• Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
• Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360\'s 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
• Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
• Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
• Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
• At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
• Experience with the NDIS, either as a support worker or in an educational capacity, is highly valued.
• Registration with the relevant governing body.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver\'s licence.
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
