The key to success is working with your customers, building relationships with them, and gaining their trust. You will:

  1. Assist with the basics of what would be most beneficial for your customers for positive employment outcomes.
  2. Understand your customers' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillsets if needed.
  3. Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer connections to secure employment.

About You
  • Solutions-focused / positive mindset

  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Resilient, empathetic & a team player
  • Current driver licence
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
  • Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
