Introduction as a Job Coach
WFA, you will do much more than finding jobs; you'll be changing lives. The key to success is working with your customers, building relationships, and gaining their trust.
You will:
- Assist with the basics of what would be most beneficial for your customers for a positive outcome of successfully connecting with a potential employer.
- Understand your customers' goals and link them with activities to enhance their skillset if needed.
- Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer connections to secure employment.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Resilient, empathetic & a team player
- Current driver licence
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
- Ability to obtain a registered myGov ID prior to commencing employment
