Join us at NAX Capital, Melbourne's leading fully licensed digital asset brokerage and learning platform, during this exciting growth phase. We seek a proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and dynamic team as we transform the financial services industry.

This full-time, onsite role is in our St Kilda Road, Melbourne office.

- Competitive salary up to $90,000 + Super, depending on experience

- Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday)

- Directly report to the CEO

- Engage in a varied role with both personal and commercial tasks

What do you need to submit your application successfully?

- Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEO

- Serve as the first point of contact, expertly managing correspondence and phone calls

- Handle scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email management

- Perform data entry and file processing

- Execute general administration tasks

- Create and review documents

- Carry out personal support duties as needed

Essential Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience as a PA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector

- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Expertise in scheduling and diary management

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageous

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
