What You'll Be Doing

The Gardener will maintain up-keep on the lawns and gardens surrounding NSLHD hospitals.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

• Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise own workload and complete work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multifaceted ground and maintenance operation and as part of a team in a busy work environment.
• Experience in all types of gardening including but not limited to propagation of seeds, planting out, pruning, layout of gardens and general gardening duties.
