This full-time position will be joining our existing team which comes from various trade related backgrounds to provide appliance installation and laundry solutions to our customers Australia wide, but focused in South East Queensland and Far North Queensland periodically.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be working in the Commercial & Industrial Laundry sector, working on machinery installs, preventative maintenance, or just trying to get a machine back up and running.

Specific laundry experience is not essential, but capital equipment or appliance experience would be looked on favourably. You will be methodical with attention to detail and may even have experience with chemical installs or large scale Industrial or Commercial work in Mining, Health Care or Facilities Management.

You will need to be reliable, have attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on time management, demonstrated planning and organising skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to work either in a team or on your own.

Provide Exceptional Customer ServiceInterest in understanding how things work and how to fix machinesPrevious service and maintenance experience with any kind of plant or equipmentInterest in or experience with installation and commissioning of equipmentKnowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essentialBasic computer skills a mustAssertive attitude with a willingness to seek out and ask questionsWell-developed capabilities in error and problem analysisTroubleshooting skillsWorking autonomously under limited supervisionWorking in a team environmentBe reliable, punctualMotivated and ability to self-manage
