Lead the voice of a brand that's going places (literally)

We're looking for a bold, culturally in-tune Social Media Manager to take the reins on global organic strategy and scale it across key platforms. This is more than just posting — it's about shaping a narrative that connects with audiences around the world.

You'll lead end-to-end organic social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and have full licence to explore emerging platforms like Pinterest and beyond. From setting the strategy to jumping into content creation, you'll thrive in both the high-level vision and the hands-on doing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and evolving the organic social strategy across global markets
  • Crafting content frameworks that scale — but don't feel templated
  • Managing platform-specific calendars that actually work
  • Partnering with regional teams to tailor content that respects local nuance while staying brand-aligned
  • Driving engagement through community building (not just broadcasting)
  • Tracking performance, optimising in real-time, and building a social engine that runs smart
