At Place New Farm, we're looking for a sharp, process-driven professional to provide exceptional administration support to multiple established agents and their teams.

This is a varied role which includes key duties such as:

  • Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
  • Preparing and processing documents including Form 6s and contracts;
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
  • Manage listing campaigns;
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings; and
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

What you will bring to the table:
  • Previous experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry is highly desired;
  • Strong administrative skills– you're organised, efficient, and love a good to-do list;
  • Social media experience & interest– you know your way around Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Helping create engaging online content to boost brand presence;
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible with the varied demands of the industry;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills;
  • Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills; and a
  • Professional presentation
