As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a positive work environment. To succeed, you should ideally have:

  • Retail management or leadership experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
  • Eagerness to learn about automotive retail; bring your skills, and we'll provide the auto expertise.
  • Operational knowledge in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • A commitment to safety and compliance with WHS standards.

Mechanical experience is a bonus but not required. We welcome diverse backgrounds and encourage all interested candidates to apply.
