About the Client:
Our client is a leading high-end hospitality fit-out contractor with a strong track record delivering exceptional projects across the UK.
Role Overview:
They are looking for two experienced and professional Site Managers to join their team. These are high-impact roles suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong technical background, and are confident leading complex, multi-million-pound hospitality projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end hospitality fit-out projects
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and health & safety compliance
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget
• Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and client representatives
• Take full ownership of programme and site performance
• Lead by example and uphold professional site conduct
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing large-scale (£5M-£9M+) hospitality projects
• Tier 1 strongly preferred
• Previous work on hotels, restaurants, bars, or high-end leisure fit-outs essential
• Experience with spas, gyms, or wellness areas highly desirable
• Able to hit the ground running - minimal training required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and delivery-focused
