What you will do
  • Support the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring consistency with high quality and presentation standards.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in establishing, executing, and evaluating food service standards.
  • Address issues with managers, kitchen, and waiting staff.
More about you
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment.
  • Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP principles and maintaining accurate food safety records.
  • Effective communication skills to keep the team informed of production progress.
  • Team player mindset with the ability to mentor culinary team members.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is essential.
