THE OFFICE - A vibrant casino resort set amid 30 acres of tropical gardens and located right on the beach, just a three minute drive from the CBD

What will you do?- Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience
- Provide information on local attractions and events
- Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
- Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner
- Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks
- Ability to be rostered over weekdays, weekends and evenings as required and split-shifts
- Experience in a front office environment
- Experience with Hotel Operating systems
- Certificate in First Aid is beneficial
- Valid and unrestricted driver's licence beneficial
