What's My Job?

You're a Client Partner in the Business Management team. You're helping clients navigate their brand journey, supporting both their creative direction and their business strategy. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will not only lead and inspire a team but also directly oversee the agency\'s most critical account, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standard and consistently exceeds client expectations. This role will require frequent travel to Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• You treat your clients\' businesses like they are your own.
• You own strategic client partnerships, driving senior-level counsel that helps clients navigate complex business challenges in today\'s dynamic marketplace.
• You lead multiple account teams simultaneously, managing budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.
• You orchestrate collaboration between departments, bringing together creative, production, technology, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
• You champion innovation at a group level, identifying opportunities to implement emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple accounts.
• You balance competing priorities across various clients and projects, maintaining calm leadership during high-pressure situations while ensuring both client satisfaction and team wellbeing.
• Partner with senior leaders across production, creative, technology, and strategy to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.

• You have demonstrated ability in driving significant business growth for clients while nurturing and developing your team members to reach their full potential.
• You're adept at integrating cutting-edge technologies like generative AI into client strategies, balancing innovation with practical implementation across multiple accounts.
• You're a respected voice in client and agency meetings alike, articulating complex strategies with clarity and conviction that inspires confidence at all levels.
• You have a proven track record in leading large scale accounts, rolling out production shoots, and heading up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts, and steering large-scale projects through to successful completion.

Other things that will make you excel in this role

• 12+ years of experience in account management or related roles within a full-service advertising agency.
• Exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions.
• Experience managing and mentoring multiple account teams simultaneously.
• Outstanding attention to detail coupled with big-picture strategy.
• Experience working with and a passion for fashion retail and production
