Lead the digital experience at Fantastic Furniture — where great ideas become beautiful results.

We're on the hunt for a digitally-savvy content and campaign specialist who thrives on turning data into engaging customer experiences. As our Digital Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover and interact with our products online — leading a global content team and working cross-functionally to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the heart of our brand.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a small off-shore content team to deliver high-quality, SEO-optimised digital content.
• Plan, execute and manage end-to-end content and campaign strategies across web, social and product pages.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and bounce rate.
• Collaborate across teams — from Creative to Product to Technology — to bring campaigns and digital experiences to life.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and tech partners to ensure content and campaign delivery is seamless.
• Own the digital merchandising and product range execution — from seasonal sales to new launches.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in ecommerce or omni-channel retail
• Strong background in content creation, campaign management and digital merchandising.
• Confident leading a team and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms (Hybris, WordPress), SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• A strategic thinker with creative flair — and a hands-on "make it happen" attitude.
