Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN | Skilled Nursing & Rehab | Ohio PT License Required
Kingston Healthcare is hiring skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our rehabilitation team in Ohio. This is an opportunity to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence in a resident-centered setting that values your expertise and supports your career goals.
Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create individualized care plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions focused on mobility, function, and safety. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy exercises, goals, and safety. Monitor progress, adapt treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation. Support a positive, encouraging therapy environment where residents feel empowered.
Qualifications: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active PT license in the State of Ohio required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A commitment to providing compassionate, goal-driven care. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred; new grads with solid clinical foundations welcome.
