The Role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the service. This includes compliance with the National Quality Framework, fostering a strong team culture, ensuring best practice in curriculum delivery, and building strong partnerships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.
  • Ensure full compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation.
  • Oversee centre operations including staffing, enrolments, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards in educational programming.
  • Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing of children and staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and quality improvement practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for making a genuine difference in children's lives and supporting educators to thrive.
