We're seeking a senior executive to establish and scale a Data Centre & Mission Critical Environments (DC/MCE) portfolio within a leading ASX200 organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to build a division from the ground up – driving strategy, revenue growth and operational excellence in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the economy.

What's on offer

  • Executive package up to $380K incl. super + 25% STI + 20% LTI
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in the office)
  • This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
  • High visibility with Board and ELT exposure
  • Autonomy to set strategy and deliver growth in a greenfield market
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning engineering, delivery, and operations
  • Opportunity to create a market-leading, end-to-end DC/MCE service offering

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the DC/MCE growth strategy
  • Forge partnerships with hyperscalers, operators, construction firms & tech partners
  • Champion excellence in delivery, safety, and customer advocacy
  • Drive profitable growth with strong financial oversight
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing team

  • Proven expertise in data centre and mission-critical design and technologies
  • Strong industry network across DC/MCE operators, hyperscalers, and construction
  • Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and growth delivery
  • Board-level stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Collaborative, resilient and accountable leadership style
