About the Role:

We\'re seeking a HSE Advisor to champion all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment across our operations.

You\'ll work closely with frontline teams and management to:

• Develop, implement, and review policies and safe work procedures
• Conduct site-based safety engagements (Risk Assessments, Take 5s, JSAs, audits, etc.)
• Lead incident investigations and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs
• Drive continuous improvement and cultural change in HSE practices
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
• Maintain documentation and data in line with company standards
• Deliver data analysis and HSE reporting to internal stakeholders
• Proactively promote health initiatives across the workforce

What\'ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in a HSEQ-related discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering or similar
• Strong working knowledge of HSEQ systems -g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Rapid Global
• Proven experience in ISO management systems and certification
• A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and cultural change
• Qualifications and practical experience in return-to-work coordination and workers\' compensation
