The Role:

As a Casual HSE Advisor, you\'ll provide leadership and support to ensure the safety of our teams. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining HSE procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Leading safety culture improvements across the business.
  • Monitoring safety statistics using the RMS Safety Management System.
  • Enhancing employees' HSE skills on-site.
  • Participating in client HS&E meetings to address concerns and actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with QLD WHS legislation and industry standards.
What You Need:
  • 2+ years' experience in HSE roles (maintenance or construction).
  • Cert IV or Diploma in OH&S.
  • Experience in hazard identification, risk management, and OH&S systems.
  • Familiarity with BMA sites and data entry systems.
  • Strong teamwork and a passion for workplace safety.
