Join the Dynamic Central Coast & Hunter HCA Team HCA are on the lookout for a high-energy, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team,based in our Charlestown office. This is more than just recruitment. It's about exceptional customer service, fast-paced action, and the pride that comes from making a real difference in Australia's healthcare system Job Description What You'll Be Doing: Source, screen, and interview candidates (RNs, ENs, AINs, etc.) in accordance with HCA and client requirements.Advertise job vacancies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).Undertake phone and face to face interviews with prospective candidatesCoordinate and conduct reference checks, credential verifications, and pre-employment checks (police clearances, immunizations, etc.).Maintain and update candidate records and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards.Assist with the onboarding process, including inductions, training, and credentialing.Liaise with internal team to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future staffing demands.Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract talent.Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to management.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare staffing.Who You Are: Experienced in recruitment or resourcing, preferably high-volume or agency sideA customer service superstar who loves helping peopleDriven, motivated, and proud of the work you doOrganised, efficient, and great with techThrive under pressure — you love the buzz of a fast-paced teamNaturally energetic and never afraid to pick up the phoneWhy You'll Love It Here: Make a real impact — your work helps deliver vital healthcare across the countryVibrant team culture that celebrates wins, lifts each other up, and has fun doing itCareer progression, support, and real development opportunitiesWork in a business that values energy, service, and purposeWe Offer: Work Life Leave – 5 additional days off after your first yearBirthday Leave – your special day is on usBupa Private Health Insurance Discount – 7% off your premiumRecognition, connection, and the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference
