Social Media & Content Creator Full-time | Carlton-based Our client Our client is at the centre of the entertainment and hospitality industry with venues across Melbourne that are as much about culture and community as they are about great food.

They're looking for someone who can bring creativity, energy and consistency to their social presence.
The role This is a hands-on content role where you'll be creating, posting and engaging every day.
You'll be the one turning venue moments into Tik Toks, building stories that feel authentic on Instagram, and experimenting with new formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Working directly with the founders, you'll have space to run with your ideas, but also the responsibility to make sure the output is sharp, consistent and aligned with the brand.
Key responsibilities Build and manage a content calendar that keeps the feed fresh and relevant.
Create high-quality photo, video and written content optimised for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.
Stay across trends and platform updates, bringing smart ideas into play quickly.
Manage community engagement — conversations, comments, and keeping the audience connected.
Build relationships with influencers and creators who fit the brand.
Track performance and use insights to keep levelling up content.
