Overview

Group Head of Marketing - B2C Scale-Up. Lead the customer marketing blueprint to drive growth, uncover new opportunities through a data driven and analytical approach, and nurture and guide your team to deliver individual and business success.

Stepping into this role, you'll be in the driving seat to cement a hyper growth business as a market leader by identifying target segments, connecting authentically with customers and amplifying growth across local and global markets. You'll combine strategic thinking with curiosity for data to deliver compelling initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a best practice multi channel marketing blueprint to amplify the brand and identify, attract and retain target customer segments in each geography
  • Deliver cutting edge digital initiatives, showcasing expertise in best practice methodologies to drive compelling online experiences
  • Develop best in class CRM workflows
  • Drive price, product, place and promotion strategic planning
  • Showcase expertise in brand development
  • Leverage and interrogate data to inform and make effective decisions
  • Coach and mentor a tight-knit team to deliver individual, customer and business success
  • Champion marketing efforts across the leadership team and influence strategy
Role & Requirements
  • Expertise in working across multiple global markets
  • Track record in driving sustained growth through integrated and full funnel customer marketing initiatives
  • Deep expertise in CX/CRM
  • Analytical skills with ability to interrogate data
  • Leadership skills and ability to build and nurture relationships across a diverse team locally and offshore
  • Ability to make decisions that count and deliver programs within agreed timeframes
