The Opportunity

Operations Supervisor in Cleanaway, no two days are the same Be prepared for a little bit of this and a little bit of that—from coordinating your curbside collection fleet to OH&S reporting and preparing payroll. You will love the variety

  • Coordinate and schedule your curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPI's are achieved
  • Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
  • Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
  • Lead by example - be a people person, create a good solid work and team culture
  • Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of site
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports including toolbox meetings
  • Lead performance management investigations and outcomes

About You

You ideally will have a landfill or waste background

  • Be approachable, have good people skills
  • Ideally have 2-3 years minimum experience in a supervisory role
  • Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
  • Experience within the transport / waste / logistics and/or recycling industries desirable
  • Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independently
  • Microsoft suite experience essential
