Proximity is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our Client Engagement team in Canberra. This role involves developing client proposals, bid responses, tender submissions, and supporting our business development efforts. The Bid Manager will ensure data integrity within our practice management system and contribute to our reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and managing bid documents and proposals.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
  3. Maintaining accurate data within our systems, including Salesforce.
  4. Supporting business development initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in bid writing and tender preparation, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and effective project management abilities. Knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus.
