The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to empower our real estate agents with comprehensive marketing support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, creative content creator, and proficient in digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns, crafting holistic marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and producing engaging content to enhance our agents' brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation Campaigns:
    • Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (e.g., social media ads, email marketing, targeted online advertising).
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
    • Utilise CRM systems to track leads and ensure effective follow-up.
    • Identify and leverage emerging lead generation tools and technologies.
  2. Holistic Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with individual agents to understand their specific needs and goals.
    • Create customised, holistic marketing strategies that integrate online and offline tactics.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Provide strategic guidance on branding, positioning, and target audience identification.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and manage social media calendars and content schedules.
    • Create engaging social media content (e.g., posts, stories, videos) that aligns with agents' brand and target audience.
    • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online communities.
    • Analyse social media metrics and provide reports on performance and growth.
  4. Content Creation:
    • Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, property descriptions, and marketing materials.
    • Create visually appealing graphics and videos for use across various platforms.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Utilise SEO best practices to optimize content for search engine visibility.
  5. Agent Support and Collaboration:
    • Provide ongoing training and support to agents on marketing best practices.
    • Collaborate with agents to develop and execute marketing plans for specific listings and projects.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
    • Present market reports to agents.

Essential Criteria

  1. Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  8. Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
  9. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.

  1. Graphic design skills
  2. Google analytics Experience
  3. Knowledge of SEO best practices
  4. Prior experience in Real Estate Industry Marketing
