About The Role

  • Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
  • Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360's 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
  • Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
  • Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
  • Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
  • At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
  • Registration with the relevant governing body.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
  • Full Australian working rights.
