Overview

Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA/Solutions Designer) – ITbility. Client location: Sydney/Melbourne. Role requested from candidates with experience in the finance or insurance domain.

Responsibilities
  • Design and architect API integrations that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Ensure scalability and reliability of every implementation.
  • Identify appropriate integration patterns and align APIs with business needs, considering functionality, security, and scalability.
  • Design decisions and governance: present solution options for technical design and architecture forums to finalize decisions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for API integrations, including design documents, technical specifications like Swagger, and component diagrams.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify integration opportunities, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Capture high-level designs with API scope, patterns, and implementation details for projects.
  • Provide cost estimations for projects.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
  • Experience in API integration design and architecture, ideally in finance or insurance domains.
