Overview

The Department of Customer Service is looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight and confidence across major digital investments. In this pivotal role, you will lead ICT/Digital Assurance across a diverse and high-profile program environment and provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes
  • Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Influence and build trusted relationships across government and industry
  • Shape the governance and transparency of NSW\'s digital investments
Qualifications and attributes

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments. You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes for NSW citizens.

Base pay range

A$149,739.00/yr - A$173,174.00/yr

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at 149,739 base plus superannuation
