About the role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a successful retail store in Malaga. This full time role will see you oversee all aspects of the store's operations, from driving sales and profitability to ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will be a key member of the team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the day to day operations of the retail store, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensuring the store maintains high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver exception customer service.
• Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider management team to contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Significant experience in a retail management role, preferably within the automotive or consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, and compliance requirements
