Located in the eastern suburbs of Perth our clients are a successful boutique accounting practice, The practice offers services within tax and business services accounting to a wide variety of clients across Western Australia.

Due to growth the director would now like to add to the team with an experienced senior Accountant on a part time basis.

The vacancy:

Report into the director

Complete and review work such as tax returns for individuals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships.

Work within a small team (2 staff members)

Direct client contact

Part time hours (Days/hours negotiable)

Relaxed and friendly working environment

To apply:

Have 4 or more years experience as a tax accountant in public practice accounting within Australia

Have 4+ years experience in public practice, with demonstrated expertise in complex areas including CGT, Div7a, and trust distributions

Ideally be CA/CPA qualified

Solid experience in Australia as a senior accountant/Tax agent

Want a long term position

Experienced with XERO software

Proficient in Xero, with experience in MS Excel and tax return lodgement software

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field from an Australian university or recognised equivalent

Must have permanent right to work in Australia and current Tax Agent registration with TPB

In return:

Salary from $100,000 to $110,000 + Super pro rata

Office located close to car parking or public transport

Eastern suburbs of Perth location

Friendly team (Low staff turnover)

Flexi family friendly start/finish times if required

Part time hours (Hours negotiable but ideally 3 days per week)
