Are you looking for a career? Study Certificate III in Dental Assisting (HLT35021) whilst working in a small but busy Dental Practice in Erskine Park. This is a full-time 12 month traineeship which allows you to learn all the practical skills while studying a nationally recognised qualification and earning a trainee wage. No expensive HEC's fees, qualification is subsidised. Trainee's are paid under the National Training Wage Award.

As a Dental Assistant The Role Includes

  • Chairside assisting alongside Dentists and Oral Health Therapists with a wide range of appointments
  • Ensuring our valued patients are comfortable, informed and have an enjoyable dental experience
  • Infection control / sterilisation of instruments
  • Providing pre and post-operative instructions
  • Assisting in stock control
  • General cleanliness of the practice and maintenance of equipment
  • Close communication and collaboration with patients and team
  • Hours of work are 9am-6pm 4 days per week plus every 2nd Saturday working 8am-2pm

Experience And Attributes
  • No experience required, just a willingness to learn with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, organised and hard working
  • Excellent customer service skills is essential
