Asset Services is an integrated multi-trade services provider specialising in solutions to critical asset owners and property managers. We have a team of 270 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Carpenter to join our Asset Services team based at the Royal Australian Air Force Base, Amberley and also servicing the wider region. As a Carpenter for CV Asset Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking all aspects of the Carpentry trade, including reactive and planned maintenance
  • Performing general carpentry duties and basic plastering, concreting works, tiling and other general handyman duties
  • Carrying out general maintenance checks and repairs as requested by clients
  • Providing timely, effective and professional customer service in accordance with the company standards
  • Responding to and actioning jobs provided to you
About You

  • To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen and to be able to obtain a government security clearance
  • Trade Certificate in Carpentry
  • Current C class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proven computer literacy, tablet and smart phone
  • Have a strong and committed awareness to safety behaviours and culture
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
